Grace

a gradual dawn
black to purple to lilac
then the sun awoke

heart broken open
to the joys and pains of life
time and time again

though I support you
perhaps little do you know
how you support me

blessed be the angels
who really showed up for me
when I needed it

holding your wholeness
as well as my humble own
in my heart and soul

I pray for your health
of mind, body, and spirit
